Job Description:
1. Responsible for conducting verification experiments on the company’s product formulations;
2. Conduct formulation experiments using different manufacturers and various raw and auxiliary materials;
3. Propose improvement plans and requirements for the technical formulation; 4. Regularly review the operational status of technical improvements;
5. Manage technical formulation documents; 6. Participate in the review of nonconforming products and quality incidents, and engage in technical corrective actions.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry or Materials Science;
2. At least one year of work experience;
3. Strong communication skills, organized approach to work, and solid problem-analysis abilities;
4. Familiar with electrolyte production processes, capable of coordinating and reviewing various issues arising during the formulation process, and demonstrates a proactive work ethic.
