Job Description:
1. Assist the department manager in experimental design and ensure the timely implementation and follow-up of the experimental plan as required.
2. Record, organize, and analyze experimental data as required, and prepare an experimental summary report.
3. Handle anomalies encountered during the experimental process and propose improvement measures.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in organic chemistry, electrochemistry, or a related field; fluent in English reading and writing.
2. Possesses more than one year of experience in lithium-ion battery electrolyte research and development, with a thorough understanding of the properties of various electrolyte components.
3. Process experimental data, analyze results, prepare reports, and deliver interim progress presentations:
4. Proficient in office software; meticulous and conscientious in work; highly resilient under pressure and patient; willing to follow instructions and able to work overtime.
